چکیده

Abstract Background Great progresses have been made in diagnosis and treatment of membranous nephropathy (MN). However, a significant number patients do not respond to immunosuppressive therapy eventually progress ESRD. To investigate the mechanism different outcome MN, we performed single-cell sequencing analysis urine cells with without complete remission MN. Methods Urine RNA was on 12 healthy controls (HC) 15 The were divided into group (CR, n = 9) no (NR, 6). Results 1) Macrophages largest cells, they 48.02%, 68.96% 20.95% HC, CR NR group, respectively. 2) Urinary macrophages expressing FIColin-1 S100 calcium binding protein A8 mainly HC indicating that derived from bone marrow peripheral blood, while urinary regulator G-protein signaling 1 HLA-DPA1, renal resident macrophages. 3) In adults, expressed metallothionein family, can regulate anti-inflammatory proinflammatory functions bidirectionally. showed strong properties. associated level proteinuria impaired function. Conclusions Our study firstly delineated differences cell maps between individuals MN or outcomes. Not only origin but also function group.

Urinary Podocalyxin as a Biomarker to Diagnose Membranous Nephropathy

BACKGROUND A non-invasive diagnostic marker of membranous nephropathy (MN) is desirable. The urinary level of podocalyxin (PCX) is higher in various glomerular diseases, including MN. The aim of this study was to construct a diagnostic model of MN with the combination of urinary PCX and clinical parameters. METHODS We performed this cross-sectional study to construct the diagnostic models for...

Prognostic value of risk score and urinary markers in idiopathic membranous nephropathy.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES Accurate prediction of prognosis may improve management of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy. This study compared the Toronto Risk Score and urinary low-molecular weight proteins. DESIGN, SETTING, PARTICIPANTS, & MEASUREMENTS One hundred four patients with biopsy-proven idiopathic membranous nephropathy who presented between 1995 and 2008 with a well-pr...

Urinary excretion of fatty acid-binding proteins in idiopathic membranous nephropathy.

BACKGROUND It is suggested that proteinuria contributes to progressive renal failure by inducing tubular cell injury. The site of injury is unknown. Most studies have used markers of proximal tubular cell damage. Fatty acid-binding proteins (FABPs) are intracellular carrier proteins with different expression in the kidney. Liver-type FABP (L-FABP) is found in the cytoplasm of proximal tubules, ...

Urinary biomarkers in obstructive nephropathy.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES Obstructive nephropathy is a leading cause of CKD in children. The assessment of severity of renal impairment and the prediction of which children will progress to renal failure are, however, challenging. DESIGN, SETTING, PARTICIPANTS, & MEASUREMENTS This case-control study measured the urinary excretion of candidate biomarkers in 27 prevalent case-patients with post...

Urinary IgG excretion as a prognostic factor in idiopathic membranous nephropathy.

In membranous nephropathy it would be of great value to be able to identify in an early phase patients at highest risk for disease progression, since potentially toxic treatment could then be restricted to these patients only. We measured renal hemodynamics, serum proteins and urinary protein excretion in 22 patients with membranous nephropathy, nephrotic syndrome and normal renal function (end...
